These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and War Room LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("War Room," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the War Room platform, including war-rooms.com, the War Room Chrome Extension, and all associated APIs and services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms do not cover the SweepCoins app — SweepCoins has its own Terms of Use at sweepcoins-terms.html.
By creating an account, installing the extension, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
War Room is a sweepstakes casino intelligence platform that provides:
War Room is an information and tracking platform only. We do not operate, manage, or control any sweepstakes casino. We do not process sweepstakes entries or payouts on behalf of any operator.
To access most features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Each user is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions or clearance gating is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.

By using the Services, you agree that you will NOT:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
You own what you write. By posting in community chat or submitting ratings, you grant SweepCoins a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute that content within the Services. You keep ownership; we only need permission to show it.
You are responsible for what you post. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not break the law or the Acceptable Use Policy above.
Chat is not monitored in advance. Nobody reviews messages before they appear. Automated controls are in place — links are blocked, posting is rate-limited by account standing, and reported content can be removed — but SweepCoins does not endorse, verify or take responsibility for anything a user posts. Opinions expressed in chat are those of the person who wrote them.
Reporting. Every message carries a report control. Reports are reviewed and content that breaks these Terms may be removed and the account suspended or terminated. If you cannot use the in-app control, or wish to raise a complaint about how a report was handled, contact us at the address in the Contact section and we will respond within 14 days.
Removal. We may remove any content, at any time, without notice, for any reason, including content that is lawful but inappropriate for this community. You may delete your own messages at any time.
Blocking. You can block any user, which hides their content from you. Blocking is a personal setting and does not remove the content for others or constitute a report.
SweepCoins is an informational tracker. It does not improve your odds, and no tool can — sweepstakes games are games of chance with a negative expected value over time. Anyone claiming otherwise is misleading you.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including the War Room platform, casino intelligence database, EV calculations, module architecture, brand assets, and all associated software — are the exclusive property of War Room LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, War Room grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Sweepstakes casinos are not gambling under US federal law as they operate on a no-purchase-necessary model. However, state laws vary. You are responsible for verifying the legality of sweepstakes participation in your jurisdiction.
Nothing on War Room constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. EV figures and income projections are estimates for informational purposes only.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WAR ROOM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless War Room LLC and its members, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
War Room reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Services. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
