SweepCoins is a free informational tool that helps users discover and track daily bonus offers across sweepstakes casino platforms. It is published by War Room LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.

SweepCoins does not require an account to use — open it and it works. You may optionally create a free account (using an email address) if you want your saved data to sync across your devices. Using an account is entirely your choice.

If you use SweepCoins without an account, your data stays on your device and we do not collect it. If you create an optional account, we collect your email address and the data you save in the app so we can sync it. In neither case does SweepCoins collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your location — precise or approximate
• Your device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
• Your browsing history or activity outside the app
• Your sweepstakes casino login credentials or account data
• Your casino balance, transaction history, or gameplay data
• Any health, financial, or sensitive personal data

Without an account, no data is stored on our servers about you. With an optional account, only your email and the app data you choose to save are stored, solely to provide sync. We never sell your data.

Like all apps and websites, basic technical information may be processed as part of normal app operation — for example, your device may communicate with our servers to fetch the latest casino bonus listings. This is standard HTTP traffic and does not involve the collection or storage of personal information. We do not log IP addresses, device IDs, or session data for any purpose.

If anonymous, aggregated crash reporting is enabled through a third-party SDK (such as Apple's built-in crash reporting), that data contains no personal identifiers and is used solely to fix bugs. You can disable this at the OS level at any time.

SweepCoins displays links to sweepstakes casino platforms. Some links are affiliate tracking links — if you register at a casino through one of our links, War Room LLC may earn a commission from that casino at no cost to you.

When you tap a casino link, you leave SweepCoins and go directly to that casino's website or app. The affiliate link may contain a tracking code that tells the casino you came from SweepCoins — this code does not contain your name, email, or any personal data. It is simply a referral identifier.

Once you are on a casino's platform, that casino's own privacy policy governs your experience. We are not responsible for the data practices of any third-party casino.

As disclosed in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store privacy nutrition labels:

• Data collected by this app: None
• Data linked to you: None
• Data used to track you: None

SweepCoins does not use any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs that collect personal data, or any cross-app tracking technologies.

If you create an account, the data described above is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database provided by Supabase, which operates on infrastructure in the United States. Supabase acts as our data processor: they store the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Your account is protected by row-level security, meaning your records are readable only by your own authenticated session. Anonymous, aggregate data — such as the average payout rating a casino has received — is visible to other users by design, but is never attributable to you.

If you use SweepCoins without an account, none of this applies: your settings and tracked bonuses stay in your browser's local storage on your own device, and we never receive them.

SweepCoins uses a small number of cookies and equivalent browser storage:

• Essential — if you sign in, an authentication cookie keeps you signed in. Without it, accounts cannot work. These are always active.
• Local storage — your preferences, hidden casinos, favourites and tracked claims, held on your device. This is not transmitted to us unless you have an account and enable sync.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, used to understand which parts of the app people actually use. These are switched off by default and are not set unless you consent. Visitors in the UK, EU and EEA are asked before anything analytics-related is stored.

You can clear all local data at any time through your browser settings, or by using the reset option in the app.

SweepCoins includes an optional chat room for signed-in users. If you post a message, the following is stored and is visible to every other user: your chosen handle, your rank, the text of your message, and the time it was posted.

Do not post anything in chat that you would not want to be public. Messages are not private, are not encrypted end-to-end, and can be read by anyone using SweepCoins.

We store messages so the room has history. We also store reports you submit about other messages, and the list of users you have blocked, so those choices persist. Chat is unmoderated in the sense that nobody reviews every message before it appears — but links are blocked automatically, posting is rate-limited, and reported messages can be removed.

If you delete a message, it is hidden from the room immediately and retained only in a form that lets us investigate reports.

• Account data — kept while your account exists. Deleted within 30 days of you asking us to delete it.
• Chat messages — kept while the account exists, so the room has history. Deleting your account removes them.
• Ratings you submit — retained in anonymous, aggregated form after account deletion, because other users' trust scores depend on them. They are no longer linked to you.
• Analytics — retained by Google for 14 months, and only if you consented.
• Local storage — until you clear it. We cannot delete it for you; it is on your device.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email the address in the contact section and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK, EU or EEA (UK GDPR / GDPR): you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Our lawful basis is your consent for analytics, and performance of a contract for the account features you asked for. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information, and never have. Exercising these rights will never result in worse service.

Deleting your account removes your profile, handle, chat messages and settings. Tell us and we will do it — there is no retention trick and no waiting period beyond the time it takes to process.

SweepCoins is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, contact us at [email protected].

If our data practices ever change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date. Any future version of SweepCoins that introduces data collection will be clearly disclosed in a new, updated privacy policy before those features are released.
